Return and Refund Policy
- Please check your order when it arrives, make a video of unwrapping and let us know if defective within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Due to the time and care that goes into each product, we are unable to issue refunds on orders. However, we do provide a refund only in the form of “GIFT CARD” with a validity of 6 months.
- Please note that gift cards are issued only in case of manufacturing defects. Item must be unworn, unused and fresh as new, with tags still attached and in original packing in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be accepted for Customised Products, Fall and Pico done on Saree, Handicrafts, Products purchased during Sale, Damaged product during shipping.
- Refunds are issued only after careful examination of the product once the product has been shipped/ returned back to us. (Shipping cost from the customer and if exchanged, reshipping cost has to be borne by the customer)
- If we cancel a prepaid order, a refund will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7-10 working days of the order cancellation date.
