Shipping policy

  • The shipping charges collected at checkout include packaging, handling, logistics coordination, shipping carrier fees and operational processing costs.
  • As a homegrown small enterprise supporting artisan communities, we are unable to absorb these operational costs. Shipping charges are therefore non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  • Orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days for DOMESTIC orders and 15 to 20 working days for INTERNATIONAL orders. Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
  • Any damage caused during shipping is solely the responsibility of the shipping company. Kindly contact them directly with the necessary details. No compensation shall be provided from our end for transit-related damages, delays, or loss.
  • We can process only one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at bongoniketan@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • We will cancel and refund your money if in rare cases there is clash ordering of same items at the same time from multiple customers.
