Swarnachari

Originating in the weaving clusters of Bishnupur in Bankura district, Swarnachari (also known as Swarnachuri) stands as a regal evolution of Bengal’s iconic silk weaving tradition. While rooted in the legacy of Baluchari, Swarnachari distinguishes itself through the use of zari and gold-toned threads, lending the saree its signature luminous richness.
